Mr. Lamey’s experiences are many. Mr. Lamey clerked for the Honorable Paulette Kane Flynn at the Ramsey County Courthouse, worked for a civil litigation and estate planning firm in Bloomington, MN (Walsten & Te Slaa), was a tax attorney for one of the world’s largest accounting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers), and was an attorney for a bank holding company (Marquette Financial Companies).

Mr. Lamey is admitted to practice in the Minnesota State courts and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, District of Minnesota. Mr. Lamey is a member of the American Bar Association (“ABA”), the Federal Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section, the Hennepin & Ramsey County Bar Associations, and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Lamey graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego. Upon graduation, he came back to his hometown to attend the William Mitchell College of Law (“WMCL”). While in law school, Mr. Lamey was a staff member on the WMCL Law Review and was a semi-finalist in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court competition. Mr. Lamey graduated cum laude from WMCL, in the top 15% of his class.

Jason L. Cussler has worked in public accounting and financial services for over 7 years providing auditing, individual taxation, and portfolio management services. His passion for real estate comes from his 10 years of experience in real estate investing and property management. He holds a BA from Middlebury College in Vermont and an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. Thomas C. Lamey, CPA, REALTOR

Mr. Lamey began his involvement in real estate four years ago. Since his initial investment property purchase, he has helped grow an investment company that holds over a handful of investment properties. Currently, Mr. Lamey holds licenses in Minnesota to practice as a Realtor and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lamey is qualified to provide financial and tax advice regarding real estate transactions in addition to the expertise associated with the buying or selling of your property.

Mr. Lamey’s past employment history consisted of six years of taxation practice at the world’s largest accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and one of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurance companies, Travelers. Since leaving Travelers in early 2007, Mr. Lamey established his own CPA firm and assisted in the development of Rialto Realty.

Mr. Lamey attains much satisfaction from assisting others and undoubtedly will carry this trait into his real estate endeavors. Presently, Mr. Lamey resides in downtown St. Paul, providing him with easy access to all parts of the Twin Cities with which to meet clients.

Michael J. Hocks, REALTOR
Mike graduated with a bachelor degree in Network Administration (BNA) from the University of Minnesota while working full time as an IT Professional for the State of Minnesota. In 2001, Mike started investing in real estate and in early 2002 he joined up with Kelly and Tom to form L&H Investments, LLC. Mike is currently a Real Estate Agent with intentions of becoming a Real Estate Broker. Mike enjoys studying the real estate and has received real estate investment training/mentoring from Robert Allen Institute, Trump University, and Loral Langemeier.
